Gini received her Master's Degree from New York University in Health Education and Nutritional Science. She specializes in gluten intolerance,
celiac disease, diabetes, and weight loss.
Gini says, "The key to making successful lifestyle changes is being able to maintain balance. I will help you find that key."
My goal is to help you learn more about the foods that are right for your individual needs. I will teach you how to dine out, to prepare meals for yourself and your family, and to make a mind-body connection. This is what I call "Eating Awareness Training".
"Eating Awareness Training" will help you reach and maintain your nutritional goals. As our counseling relationship grows, you will become more aware of how to normalize your food challenges and how to fit into the rest of the world's dietary impositions.
